Who am I?
I am not an fitness expert. I am a businessman supplying electrical components to my clients. This blog is my hobby and my passion. My goal is to inspire the desire out of you to make positive changes and live a better life. I want you to sort things from all those crap health advises and live healthy.

Why I started CureZone?

My goal is to inspire the desire out of you to make positive changes and live a better life. We want to educate you on how to work out properly, eat a decent healthy meal, and consistently improve your health and well being.

If we do our job right, you’ll wake up every day a little healthier than you were yesterday – eat a little better, get a little stronger, run a little faster, and feel a little better about yourself.  I run this site to save your time and money so you can get trusted knowledge without wasting your time to help you get in shape.

If you want to lose weight, we can get you there.  If you want to build muscle and mass, we can get you there.  If you want six pack abs, it’s going to take a LOT of hard work and almost flawless dedication, but still we can get you there. 

I want to make it clear that being healthy and fit is not as easy as eating. Everybody tries to get in shape and fails many times before finally breaking through. We believe that "You are capable of great things, if you’re willing to put the time & effort in."
